Me, John, and my friends have been huge fans of the Mistborn series for years, so when we saw the Crafty Games Mistborn House War Siege of Luthadel Expansion Set, we had to get our hands on it! And let me tell you, this expansion set did not disappoint. The gameplay was intense and strategic as we cut deals to support either the attacking or defending forces in Luthadel. Plus, gaining allegiances with different factions made the game even more interesting. We couldn’t get enough of it!
My friend Sarah took on the role of controlling the Koloss army and let me tell you, it was a risky move. But she was able to claim some major spoils of war, although she did suffer from a Koloss rampage once or twice. It added an element of excitement and unpredictability to the game that we absolutely loved. And with 3-5 players and a 60-120 minute gameplay time, this expansion set is perfect for game nights with friends.
And let’s talk about those miniatures included in this set – a 32mm mini of Vin and a giant 65mm koloss mini. They are highly detailed and really bring the game to life. As we followed Vin’s journey to find the Well of Ascension, we felt like we were truly a part of the Mistborn world. It was an epic experience that we can’t wait to have again.
