Hey there, it’s me, Tim, and I just had to write a review for this incredible LEGO NINJAGO Temple of The Dragon Energy Cores set! As a huge fan of the NINJAGO Dragons Rising TV series, I was thrilled to be able to recreate one of the key scenes with this playset. The attention to detail in this temple is amazing and it truly feels like I’m in the show. All the different traps and secret compartments make for endless hours of fun playtime.
My friend Sarah also got this set and we had a blast playing together. With 6 minifigures included, including Kai, Nya, Cole and more with their weapons, we were able to reenact our favorite scenes from the show. We especially loved the Spirit of The Temple with its large golden sword – so fierce!
As if all that wasn’t exciting enough, the ultimate prize of this temple is the dragon energy core that everyone is fighting over. I am absolutely blown away by the LEGO NINJAGO Lloyd’s Golden Ultra Dragon Toy for Kids! It is hands down the coolest dragon toy I have ever seen. With its 4 heads, posable legs and tail, and wings that unfold into 3 gold blades, this toy is truly a masterpiece. Plus, the fact that it comes with 9 NINJAGO minifigures, including an exclusive Golden Oni Lloyd and all Golden Kai, Jay, Cole and Zane, just adds to the excitement. My nephew Jake was over the moon when I gave him this set for his birthday. He couldn’t wait to ride into battle with Lloyd on the back of his dragon, recreating epic final showdowns from the NINJAGO Crystallized TV series.
I can confidently say that this LEGO set is not just for kids – even adults like me can’t help but get excited about it! The Crystal King, Vengestone Warrior and 2 Vengestone Brutes with bright weapons add an extra level of fun to the playset. And let’s not forget about the free LEGO Building Instructions app! Being able to zoom, rotate and view a digital version of the model on my smartphone just takes my building experience to a whole new level. The level of detail in this set is incredible, from the traps to the minifigures. Speaking of which, can we talk about how cool it is to have all 6 Prime Empire ninjas in one set? Digi Jay, Lloyd, Cole, Unagami, Red Visor and Sushimi – they’re all there!

Me and my son are obsessed with LEGO NINJAGO and this temple building kit has become our new favorite! We love playing together and trying to avoid all the traps inside while battling against Sushimi. But our ultimate goal is always to reach the top and reveal Unagami’s throne using the Key-Tanas. This set has definitely provided us with endless entertainment and quality bonding time.
